RCMC Inaugural “Washersfest” Club Championship – Saturday Oct 20th

 

The Washersfest Club Championship is a great way to hang out with family, friends/neighbors & raise money for good causes all at the same time.  Part competition, part fundraiser, part fellowship, part barbecue…all fun.  This event supports the philanthropic efforts of the Rummel Creek Men’s Club with all proceeds going towards our priorities around Youth/Education, Neighbors in Need & Community Outreach.

 

Date:           Saturday, October 20th
Where:         Plaza Oaks pool on Brittmoore just north of Queensbury
Time:           Gates open at 1:30 pm & matches begin at 2:30 pm
Format:        Blind draw, double elimination
Cost:            $30 for single entry; $60 for family entry
$30 entry includes: Entry into tournament, Washerfest shirt, BBQ, Drinks/Beer
$60 entry includes: Everything from $30 entry plus BBQ, Drinks/Beer, and Swimming for family members
Note:            Must be registered by October 13th to participate in the washers tournament!

 

Everyone is invited to race in the Access Energy Services 3-Legged race at 4PM.
Please get your partner and sign up by 3:45 day of the event to race in the single heat Championship 3-Legged race. Open to all kids and parents attending.

 

Washers teams will be formed from a blind draw about one week prior to the event and first round match-ups will be conducted by random draw. Everyone is guaranteed two matches and good odds that some side games will be formed for those that exit early.  BBQ will be served for dinner later in the day and swimming and activities for the kiddos will also be available throughout the afternoon.
